A dream turned
into organised play.

The name Tsubasa comes from a memory we share: a cartoon that showed how talent, training and trust in each other could turn a match around.
It was never just about football. It was a way of looking at problems: read the whole pitch, spot the opening, make the right pass and get to the result together.
AI now makes it possible to deliver, fast, projects that were out of reach only a few years ago because of cost or complexity. Tsubasa brings that possibility into companies with a clear method: people and AI agents work as one team, with defined roles, proper controls and a human who is accountable.
Technology creates value when it helps people play better together.
We don’t sell abstract promises. We start from a real operational problem, build something people can use and measure what changes. The client stays centre stage; we prepare the pitch, coordinate the execution and help the project make it to production.
How we play
1. Reading the game
Before we build, we look at the goals, the data, the constraints and the people involved. A good solution comes from understanding the whole game, not from chasing the latest tool.
2. The right pass
We connect people, processes and systems wherever work breaks down today. AI earns its place when it keeps work flowing, cuts friction and makes decisions easier.
3. The client scores
The result carries the client’s name. Tsubasa works alongside the team and behind it, building the tools that let them finish the move.
4. Short cycles, visible progress
We break even complex programmes into cycles that each deliver value on their own. Every cycle ends with something real in production and a well-informed call on what comes next.
5. Protect the result
Speed doesn’t mean cutting corners. Quality, security, privacy and human oversight are built in from day one, and they protect the system’s value over time.
