A few questions, answered properly: where our name comes from, what we mean by AI agents, how we build them with you and who Aurora is.

Our story
01Why the name Tsubasa?
The name comes from a memory we share. When we were kids, there was a cartoon that made us dream: a team that could make the impossible possible, where talent, training and trust in each other could turn a match around.
Over time we realised it was never just about football. It was a way of looking at problems: read the whole pitch, spot the space as it opens, make the right pass and get to the result together.
Today we do the same at work, with artificial intelligence: we turn ambition, skills and data into systems that actually work. For us, Tsubasa is a reminder of that dream, now turned into organised play.

02What do you actually mean by AI agents?
We see agents as teammates, not as a chatbot answering pre-programmed questions. Each agent has a clear role, works within precise checks and always answers to a person.
AI now lets companies deliver projects quickly that, only a few years ago, were out of reach because of cost or complexity. But technology only creates value when it helps people play better together. That's why we don't chase the latest tool: we connect people, processes and systems at the points where work breaks down, because AI earns its place when it creates continuity, removes friction and makes decisions easier.

How we work
03How do you build an agent for my company?
We start from an operational problem, not from the technology. Before we build anything, we go through goals, data, constraints and the people involved with you: a good solution comes from understanding the whole game.
Then we build something usable and measure what changes. Even complex projects are split into short cycles, each worth judging on its own: every cycle ends with something concrete in production and a decision about the next step, taken together and with the facts on the table.
Speed, for us, doesn't mean cutting corners. Quality, security, privacy and human oversight are part of the system from day one, because they are what protects the value we build together over time.

04So what's my team's role?
The lead. In the way we play, the client finishes the move: the result carries your name, not ours.
We work alongside you and behind the scenes. We prepare the pitch, coordinate execution and build the tools (analysis, documents, automations, follow-ups) that let your team close the move. Accountability stays with people, as it should.

Aurora
05Who is Aurora?
Aurora is our agent for marketing and sales. The name is an acronym: Autonomous Universal Revenue & Outreach Agent.
We like to put it this way: Tsubasa builds the game; Aurora reads the market, opens the passing lane and coordinates the sales effort all the way to the result. It's not just a tool but a working commercial ecosystem: it starts from market research and designs the website, content, automations, CRM and sales outreach as one system.
For now, Aurora is available through a waitlist: you can join it from the contact page.

Getting started
06How do we get started?
With a conversation. Tell us about the operational problem you want to solve: write to hello@tsubasa.ch or use the contact page. From there, we read the pitch together and choose the first useful pass.
