01 — Why it exists

Born out of a real problem.

Looking for a home or an office with other people means listings spread across different portals, links lost in group chats, impressions from viewings that live only in someone’s memory, and costs that are hard to compare.

Spazio started inside Tsubasa, out of exactly this need. We designed and built it ourselves to fix it: a simple tool you can use on your own or together.

02 — The product

From scattered links to a decision you share.

Collect. Paste a listing’s link and it turns into a card, with photos and costs, all in one search.
Ratings in Spazio: pick the person and when they rate, before or after the viewing
Rate. Everyone gives their own ratings, before and after the viewing, on criteria you agree on together.
