As a team.

You and your colleagues work with AURORA on the same website: comments on the page, jobs you can track, clear decisions.
What it does for you

Everyone has a role. Everyone’s on the same page.

Whoever writes the copy, whoever sells, whoever makes the decisions: each person has their say right where it applies on the page, and AURORA turns it into a job.

  • Comments on the page

On the test site, pin a comment to any paragraph: a note, a change request, or the text already rewritten.

  • You know who said what

Every comment shows its author. No more emails saying “see page 3, second paragraph”.

  • From comment to job

A change request becomes a job for AURORA. Track it on the Agent page through to delivery.

  • Everyone has their own jobs

On the Agent page, each person follows their own. Admins see them all and can step in.

  • The decisions stay yours

Who joins a conversation, which proposal gets approved, when a job is closed: you decide.

  • Review it together first

Show a change to your colleagues on the test site. It only goes live after that, when an admin decides.

Before and after on the test site: the Aurora page with the new headings
An example from Tsubasa

One comment, one job.

On Tsubasa’s home page, the heading “Companies do not lose for lack of talent” was almost twice the size of the one at the top. Someone left a comment on that paragraph: “The font is too big: make it as big as the one at the top.”

The comment became a job for AURORA. That heading now matches the one at the top, on desktop and mobile, in Italian, English and German.

Requirements and limits

What it needs from you, and what it won’t do.

  • Needed: an account for each colleague

Everyone logs in with their own account. That’s how every comment carries its author’s name.

  • Needed: at least one admin

Only an admin can see every job, publish to production and schedule publishing.

  • Only on the test site

Comments go on test site pages, not on your public website.

Questions

The questions we hear most.

  • Does every comment become a job?

No. A note stays a note, for your colleagues. A change request becomes a job for AURORA.

  • Can any colleague push a change live?

Only if they’re an admin. Everyone else comments, makes requests and follows their jobs; an admin publishes them to production.

  • How do I see what my colleagues are doing?

If you’re an admin, you see every job on the Agent page and can step in.
