Ask in your own words.

Tell AURORA what you need, the way you’d tell a colleague: on the Agent page in your reserved area or on Telegram, in your own language.
What it does for you

One request. Job done.

No forms, no commands. Write what you need and follow it from start to finish.

  • In your language

Italian, English or German, in the words you’d use with a colleague.

  • On the Agent page or on Telegram

Write from wherever suits you. The job always ends up on the Agent page, with the full conversation.

  • With your files

A PDF brief, a photo, an Excel file. They stay in your reserved area, ready for future jobs too.

  • You always know where it stands

Every job moves through visible stages: received, in progress, delivery, test site, production.

  • Questions only when needed

AURORA works from your facts: your website, your documents, the strategy, the brand kit. If something is missing, it asks rather than making it up.

  • Delivered in the same job

What changed, a photo of the page, the files. If something’s not right, reply right there and ask for a fix. Plain words work here too.

An example from Tsubasa

A whole article from one sentence.

For Tsubasa’s website, one request was enough: “Write a blog article on what a harness is and how AURORA’s works, without getting too technical.”

The blog now carries “What a harness is, and how AURORA's works”, in Italian, English and German.

Requirements and limits

What it needs from you, and what it won’t do.

  • Needed: access to the reserved area

That’s where the Agent page lives, and where every job lands, including the ones requested on Telegram.

  • Needed: your facts

Prices, figures, names, opening hours: if they aren’t on your website or in your documents, AURORA asks. The more specific the request, the fewer the questions.

  • It doesn’t make things up

A missing fact never gets papered over with a generic sentence. That part of the job waits until you reply.

  • It isn’t infallible

AURORA can make mistakes. That’s why every delivery goes through you before it goes live.

Questions

The questions we hear most.

  • Do I need to write in a particular way?

No. Write as you would to a colleague, for example “Publish at 12.” If anything is unclear, AURORA asks.

  • What if I’m not happy with the delivery?

Reply in the same job and say what to change. Nothing goes live until you decide.

  • Do I have to explain who we are every time?

No. AURORA works from your website, brand kit, strategy and the documents you’ve already shared.
